Community initiative teaching traditional Mexican music, providing youth a safe space to learn, grow, and find hope, demonstrating that love and dedication can shape a promising future.
OUR STORY
Tejiendo Armonías was born in 2008 in an underprivileged community lacking basic infrastructure but rich in music. Driven by retired teacher Juan Carlos Calzada, who inspired youth with his guitar, the project became a space for learning and growth, to transform lives through music.
This program not only teaches musical skills but also strengthens education and promotes family unity, providing tools for development and empowerment in a community affected by violence and lack of opportunities.
